Here's what I wish someone had told me years ago:
The skin around your groin isn't like the rest of your body. It's thinner, more sensitive, and trapped in a microclimate of heat, humidity, and constant friction.¹ After 50, it gets worse. Less natural oil, a thinner barrier, slower recovery.²
That warm, moist environment is also a breeding ground for bacteria. Every hour in damp underwear, they multiply. Add friction to already irritated skin and you're not just dealing with chafing. You're inviting infection. Traditional powders don't help either. They clump, trap moisture, and create exactly the conditions bacteria love.
